I had the pleasure of using the removal service with Albert Miles, and let me tell you: 5 stars are not enough! These guys are on another level.

We used Albert Miles to move us from Birmingham to Derby. I chose them because they had more flexibility than other companies: for example they charged packing per box which suited our situation better than a flat rate. They also use Luton vans.

Tomas came round to quote for our Great House Move of 2025. He was thorough, polite, helped us understand how it would work on the day, and we felt totally comfortable having him in our currently pretty chaotic house.

Return customer, great service from start to finish, collection arranged at short notice. Seller also commented on how quick and professional they were. Sofa & chair collected from second floor flat without a lift, delivered in perfect condition.

Excellent moving company. Easy to organise over the phone. Excellent quote - very good value for money.

After yesterday's efforts I thought it only fair to give these lads a more detailed review. Firstly they're absolute class. Professional, respectful, committed, hardworking and a genuinely decent set of lads doing a great job.

5 out of 5, punctual, efficient, and a great price point. Two minor issues on the move but management offered to remedy immediately after being made aware. Great experience would recommend.

From obtaining a price through to the actual move, Albert Miles were great. They even came up with a solution so that we could beat the stamp duty increase and preserve our chain which massively helped a stressful situation.

Absolutely blown away with the speed and service provided by AJ, Tomas and co. Arrived on time and worked like Trojans. Moved contents of a 4 bed house from the Black Country to the West Country in seven hours, and around £1k less than any other quote we received.

Very nice and friendly guys that did our move today, very reasonable price and the guys worked extremely hard. Completed the house move faster than we thought was possible. Really happy with the work and the guys doing it!

Excellent service from Darren's team and reasonably priced. We moved 12 miles away from Walmley to Lichfield and they managed to fit more into their van when we expected. They unloaded at the new house within the hour with no breakages to anything.

Albert Miles Removals recently moved me over 200 miles from Cheshire to South Wales. The lads were absolutely fantastic! They were polite, professional and did not stop moving from the moment they arrived until the moment they left on both sides of the drive. I would thoroughly recommend this team, great job over what turned out to be a very long day. They were on time at both ends of the move, very polite and quick workers. They even persevered and managed to get my oversized wardrobe into the van.

VERY GOOD! The two movers who completed our move from Bucks to Sussex were on time, friendly, polite, professional and took care with our belongings, some of which were not easy to move! Nothing was damaged during the move and everything arrived in perfect condition.
